Chef and King: Fundamental Ingredients for Optimal Health

Optimal Health is a program focused on holistic health. Teaches the importance of physical, mental, and emotional health for families and communities.

Chef and King: Fundamental Ingredients for Healthy Relationships

Assists couples in fulfilling the recipes for healthy Christian relationships. Provides participants with practical tools to cultivate love and trust in their most valuable relationships.

Chef and King: Fundamental Ingredients for the Family Unit

A program that empowers singles, spouses, and family members to resolve work/life imbalances, increase time management, increase accountability and achieve their goals.

In order to help us facilitate your request, after you complete and submit the following form it will be sent to communications@chefandking.org. Please send your request at least 2 months prior to the event, and allow 3-5 business days for responses to be made. 


The event host is responsible for a participation/speaker fee in addition to travel expenses, airfare, and hotel accomodations. Additionally, completion of this form does not guarantee speaker availability. Chef and King International events are often booked months in advance, and the earlier the request is received, the more likely the request may be accommodated.
