By completing the request form, we are able to make an accurate assessment of your specific speaker needs. You may also email us at communications@chefandking.org to speak with a consultant about your next engagement.
In order to help us facilitate your request, after you complete and submit the following form it will be sent to communications@chefandking.org. Please send your request at least 2 months prior to the event, and allow 3-5 business days for responses to be made.
The event host is responsible for a participation/speaker fee in addition to travel expenses, airfare, and hotel accomodations. Additionally, completion of this form does not guarantee speaker availability. Chef and King International events are often booked months in advance, and the earlier the request is received, the more likely the request may be accommodated.
