“Many waters cannot quench love.” Song of Solomon 8:7

Yes, many waters cannot quench love.  True love, love that comes directly from God, is an immortal entity that cannot be destroyed.  Love is unable to be quenched, and it is unable to dissipate.  So let love fulfill you, let it encompass you, drowning you in its warmth, immersed in its comfort, completely saturated and submerged by its ecstasy.  For your spirit to live completely free, allow love to live freely in your spirit.  Unlike drowning in a physical body of water, drowning in the waters of love paradoxically give life, and that life is abundant.  When the heart is submerged in the bottomless waters of God’s love, impurities that contaminate the soul will vanish, as you arise washed, renewed and imbued, eternally infused, never again to be famished.  Give thanks to the Lord; He is worthy to be praised because He has given us abundant life.  God has bestowed upon us His love through His representative, Yahshua, God in the flesh.   God has bestowed His love upon us through giving us daily bread.  God has bestowed His love upon us while we were yet sinners; Yahshua died for us.  Experience the joy of loving your enemies, and blessing those that curse you.

“You have heard that it was said, ‘Love your neighbor and hate your enemy.’ But I tell you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, that you may be children of your Father in heaven. He causes his sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous. If you love those who love you, what reward will you get? Are not even the tax collectors doing that? And if you greet only your own people, what are you doing more than others? Do not even pagans do that? Be perfect, therefore, as your heavenly Father is perfect.” (Matthew 5:43-48)

With this in mind we can mirror our Father, our Creator, as an image of His glory and majesty.
